Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

Most orders will ship within 5 business days unless otherwise noted within the product description (backordered products).  Please verify your shipping address is correct at checkout (through our shop AND through PayPal if you choose to checkout with their services) before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly submitted addresses.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Intentional orders require extended shipping time, 1-2 weeks or longer, in some cases. Shipping times vary greatly based on your international shipping address. Please note Import duties, taxes and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping costs. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.

BACKORDERS

We will ship backordered items as soon as they are in stock. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund within 14 days of the ship date. Simply fill out the return form on the back of your invoice and send us the item.

We must receive the items back in an unworn condition with its original packaging material within 14 days of the purchase. Please do NOT tape up the shoe box to return footwear. Refunds will be processed within 5 days of receipt of package through original payment method. Please note that you are responsible for your return shipping costs and shipping fees are not refundable.

We recommend that you send back your return with insurance. In the rare case of loss during shipping, you will be protected with the insurance. Returns will be processed 5 days of receipt of package through original payment method. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please keep in mind that it may take 7-9 business days for your refund to be posted to your credit card.
